i have a family plan with at&t and we all have phones. but i got a new phone from my uncle...its a blackberry 8310, but he told me not to put my sim card into the phone untill i call the company n cancell all internet connections to my family's plan or else i will get charged too much .....can i call them to solve this problem? or do i need to go to the store for them to do it?.
