In case you have not got this fixed as a method, two alter-

Natives than riveting woud be to use titanium or stainless

Steel (surgical/orthopaedic  grade)  screws.  I shoudl also try to stand the name plate off the skin so you or the warders can clean behind it.  Make sure you keep the brass plate and the screws apart with plastic bushes as again corrosion might be a problem with dissimilar metals if any serum runs down the s***w tracts onto the s***w plate junction.
