Is it possible to have a free Spyware blocker and remover instead of one that quarentines them?

I have tried adaware free version a few times but all it does is quarentine them

    You can just delete the files that are quarantined.

    Though I would recommend you use Superantispyware and Malwarebytes Antimalware. They both have free versions and offer much better protection than Adaware free.
