  1. You do have a hole in the back of your eye, that's where the optic nerve goes in.


  2. you can have a hole in the back of your eye though its not actually a hole like you may perceive it.  the terms refers to a retinal tear or hole in the retina (back lining of the eye)

    the optic nerve does enter the eye in the back but thats not considered a hole.
