  1. Yes, your connection between the two computers is your intranet.  Neither one needs to be connected to the internet in order to be connected to each other.

Connection to the internet is NOT a requirement for an intranet system.

  2. yes, it is possible. internet is not a requirement for networking.

  3. Yes it is possible but I wouldn't recommend as it is not efficient.

I personally would get a router, make sure you get a correct one.

If you have Virgin supplying your broadband then you need to go for a DSL Router.

If your internet comes down a normal BT line, then youll need an ADSL Modem/Router.

Best website for this would be www.ebuyer.com good prices as little as £30

  5. yes, we can do by using 2 NIC network interface card by taking one ipa as  static and ISP(internet service provider ) provide dynamic ipa  (internet protocal address)they will       provide so that it is possible

  6. Impossible! Networking means interconnection of computers, then how do u connect to computer without a network

  7. Yes, it is possible. You can just have a shared connection but you need a D-link that will link the two computers to each other.
