Is it possible to have an extended skin under the shaft of the p***s?

I have one and I feel abnormal about it. What could possibly caused it? How can i remove it? Even though I am 15 i feel conscious about it. I feel that it makes my p***s smaller with its extended skin. Please help me. I hope i can show a pick like it. For Filipinos out there, help. You can call this skin also as "lambe".

You could be looking at the remnants of your f******n if you are circumsised... or it could be that you are talking about your s*****m. Either way, it isnt unusual.

It sounds like a failed circ.

If that's the case you might want to have it corrected as soon as you can, as recovery from the surgery gets harder the older you get.

are you talking about penoscrotal webbing where an overly aggresiv circumcision removes too much shaft skin and then it tugs the scrotal skin giving the appearance of skin hanging on the p***s, you can get penoscrotal webbing surgery to fix it, it runs $1500-$4000 in the states

Are you talking about a turkey neck connection to the s*****m?  It is normal, if you want you can go to a plastic surgeon when you are older. It is really not a big deal though.

that type of circumcision you have is called clown cut where the doctor leave the skin instead of removing it all. The clean cut is called german cut where the doctor completely remove the f******n. You can have it remove if you want.
