  1. I don't think so. The website that the two other people gave you is of a fictional story about identical sextuplets. I doesnt seem likely that a single egg could split that much but then again I'm not a dr. so I don't know. I haven't ever heard of identical sextuplets.

  4. I do not think that there have been any (true) cases of identical sextuplets, but the Dionne Quintuplets were identical.  It is believed that the mother miscarried a sixth baby during the pregnancy, which would have made them sextuplets.

    It is possible, but not probable.
