Is it possible to have pregnancy symptoms a week before you miss your period?

i jus wanted to no because i heard that you could and wanted to no if any of you ever experinced it thanks for any answers

yes - though they are generally similar symptoms to those you experience before your period comes anyway - I had sore b*****s, lower back pains and cramps very early, before I missed a period, and didn't think I could be pregnant - until I took a test !  Then a blood test at the doctor's confirmed that yes, I was pregnant - only just (5 weeks!!) - but pregnant just the same !! so don't let the symptoms of PMS fool you - you could well be expecting!!
