Is it possible to have premonitions when there is a paranormal being around?

well i have been seeing faces of a person in my room and i have also been having premonitions of certain events goin on and also been feeling real cold lately but i was wondering if there could be a way of the paranormal being i have been seeing and feeling could be trying to communicate with me through my premonitions

Any insight or information would be greatly wanted and thanked

It could be entirely possible. If you feel you are being communicated with and want to know more you could always try to communicate back through meditation if you are comfortable with that. Your premonitions may not necessarily be communication from the paranormal being, although they could be but it may also be you communicating with it or sensing it. If you are uncomfortable with it being there try to ask it to leave. If that does not work there is probably something more happening and you will need to take further measures to keep it away from you.

You may actually be contacted by a spirit.  It may be good, it may have bad intentions.  It depends on how you feel in these premonitions and how you feel when you are seeing this persons face.  If you have unsettleing bad feelings the spirit has evil intentions.  I dont recommend meditating in order to communicate back since it opens the door to being contacted by any spirit or demon.  And this door is hard to close once opened.  People often experience feelings of cold when they are around spirits, I've felt that myself.  Your best bet is to protect yourself by blessing your house with holy water, every room, every closet.  If the spirit is evil it will be forced to leave, if it good it will be permitted stay.  If your not sure how to bless your house feel free to ask, or you could have a priest come to your house and do it for you.  I've been through many paranormal experiences, trust me on this one, bless your house.

Mabey they spirit is sending you a message through telepathy? Also, if you believe in spirit guides, they send messages through telepathy. When you have these premonitions, get a recorder, try to capture evps, ask questions, take photos. Mabey something will come up. How long has this occured for?

More likely you are 'waking up' in a psychic sense, and getting premonitions - along with seeing into the spirit world. The two are connected - but not one because of the other.

If you don't like the spirit - or feel uncomfortable, first try to get an idea of what they want before pushing them out. It could be a helpful relative, original owner of the house, or just someone who'se moved in.

You can always do protection if you don't like it.

Edit - Just re-read your post. Could be memories or concerns of the spirit. If that is the case, they've come to you for help.

Yes. as amater of fact some people do. the premonitions are the spirit's way of giving info on what's going to hapen.

If premonitions are possible, I don't see why a having a paranormal being around would make them impossible.  Perhaps what you meant to say is are they more likely to happen?

And how do you prove you're seeing faces unless you sketch them on paper and give a brief bio of the person, and the bad vibes you're getting?
