Is it possible to have that kind of body in 3 months??? with hard work and dedication

  1. You can actually go online and get the workout the actors used for the movie.  It was extremely intense and grueling.  If you can hang, it is possible.


  2. dumb question. HELLO IT DEPENDS HOW UR BODY IS RIGHT NOW> and most likely not. the spartans didnt even have that body

  4. it depends on your genes and how your body reacts to protein. there is a 300 workout online if you look it up. the biggest thing to working out in eating well and no slacking on the workouts, along with sleep so your body and heal itself before you workout again.

  5. 3 months probably not. Maybe a year depending on what kind of body type you have. You need to drink a lot of water and high protein, work out every day for many hours with doing both cardiovascular and arobic exercise. There is a video that talks about how the actors got that type of body.

  6. the body is totally possible, just not in three months - unless you can quit your job and weight train 10+ hours a day with some cardio in the evenings.

    why are you looking for the quick fix? just start working out. you say you want to get the body with "hard work and dedication".

    Dedication for 12 weeks isn't dedication. It's a quick fix.

  7. possibly, with extreme hard work and Guidance from a PROFESSIONAL personal trainer - not some shady website !!!

    a tip = eat enormous ammounts of protein !!! and drink tons of water ! (but not too much you drown your body like some dude did in the gym !!!)
