Is it possible to hear a condom rip and not feel it?

its sounds weird, but my g/f said she thinks she heard it rip. i check it afterwards and it looked and felt fine. but is my question possible?

Yes i have heard one rip. It sounded like a loud pop kinda, i look down and the whole thing snapped to the very back. BTW, comdoms suck!

hear it rip?  I don't think it would be audible, I've had them rip and didn't know until afterwards (happily didn't get pregnant).  try and rip one and see what it sounds like.
