Is it possible to hook an MP3 player upto a Car Cd radio if it doesn't have the suitable phono connection?

I have an old cd player in my car and Im abit broke at the moment to buy a new radio. So is there any other way off hooking an MP3 player to my radio?

Yes you can buy an fm transmitter which hooks into your ciggerette lighter around 30 to 50$.

FM transmitters are kind of crapy, their good for quick and easy but there is some interference depending on your car and radio. i found one of these works best:

kind of like and FM transmitter with out the transmitter part, it plugs right into your radio so there is no interference, and when your mp3 player is off the fm radio still works.
