Is it possible to hurt your forarms when performing heavy preacher curl. ?

I perform preacher curls with 150 to 155 pounds and lately i have been feeling forarm pain. I feel like it is coming from my Ulna bone, is this normal. if so is there any way to make it stronger. i need natural bodybuilding and or natural power lifting advice please. i am currently bulking therefore cutting weight at the same time by eat clean.

  1. You do not provide enough information for a thorough answer. However, the problem with preacher curls is that they place excessive stress on the flexor forearm muscles while you fulling extend your elbow. Switch to upright dumbell curls and and keep your hands in a neutral position (not supinated as with the preacher curl) and give your forearms a rest.
