  1. it would be extremely unlikely that it would pass DOT rules. The US has very strict rules regarding motorized vehicles, and if they arent in the US already, its more then likely they never will pass any tests.


  2. Yes, it would be quite simple actually, just mail it. The local postage shop will probably box it and ship it. Shipping prices would also be high for something of that size.
