  1. do you mean like contacts?

  2. You can try doing exercises to improve your vision. I am currently doing eye exercises to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises.

Other people have posted comments about their experiences as well.

  3. Eat carrots. Everyone knows that

  4. an old chinese remedy drink 2 lbs of green tea and ginseng

  5. eat alot of corrots

  6. Wear contacts?

  7. smoke weed and eat carrots chyeaaaa wait im not really sure i heard someone actually got rid of their glasses from getting carrots but probably just a rumor

  8. If you find a way, let me know!

  9. contacts seem to be your only reasonable option. I didn't want to get them cause i hated putting stuff in my eyes but now im used to them and so are the ladies.

p.s. carrots will only keep your eyes healthy(cones and rods) not improve your eye sight

  10. I don't know.

  11. Im near sighted as well for yrs....What about contacts ?   I don't think you can really improve eyesight without surgery.

  12. An old fishwives trick:

Make an open fist, so there is a telescopic-like hole you can look through. You know, like an 'O.'

Make this 'o' as small as you can, and look through it.

It forces your eye to focus, and thus see better.

You should be warned, though. This solution becomes ungainly fast.

  13. if u study optical physics u will know that it is not possible to cure eyesight with out lenses . u will have to wear glasses or lenses then ur power will remain constant otherwise ur npower may increase . in far sightedness if one wears glasses all the time then within 3 months eyes get compleatly ok which is not possible in short eyesight.

but of late i have came accross a news that eyes can be cured without spectacles with laser surgery but i don't know how much it has come into practice

  14. contacs or eye surgary

    i think?

  15. Contacts.

  16. contacts?

  17. I wear bifocals.  My right eye started to feel strained so I knew I needed a new prescription.  Last time my eyes got worse and I started to get migranes.  This time, I just felt a muscle strain behind my eye.  I went to the eye doctor, and my eyes had gotten better!  This is the 2nd time in 20 years that my eyes have gotten better.  I can't say what it is, but I guess it happens to about 25% of people who wear glasses or contacts.  Go figure.  Anyway, if you need glasses, GET THEM.  It doesn't matter what you look like.  If you need them to see, put out the money and get them.  If you don't, you could get into an accident or cause an accident while driving, and that could be costly to you not just monetarily but also physcially.  It's not worth it - get the glasses.

  18. eat more carrots!

  19. No. follow the advise of the Ophthalmologist.

  20. well definetly wear contacts but ur eye sight never get better it actually gets worse srryyyy. =(

  21. no, i do not believe you can :)

unless you wear contacts..that's not glasses or surgery

i wish that was possible because i have pretty good vision in my right eye, but i have astigmatism in my left eye so i cant really se with that eye and i am almost legally blind in my left eye :(. My left eye is [lazy i guess you could say] because it doesn't like to work when my right AND LEFT eyes are open so only my right eye works....and I'm typing tons of c**p that you don't care about :)

eating carrots onoly works if you are lacking vitamin A!!

    i asked my eye doctor

  22. There are some exercise which improve your eye sight and even eating lots of carrot also works try for that

  23. Lasik surgery

  24. No sorry

  25. Blurry vision comes from using our eyes incorrectly. Eye exercises(eye pushups, eye aerobics, eye yoga) do not change the way we use our eyes, mind, and body togther. People feel different when they do them and after a week they get used to the different feeling but clarity does not change. Artificial corrections(glasses, contacts, surgery) also do not change the way we use our eyes so our eyes continue to get worse year after year.

Not wearing glasses is not useful unless you know how to use your eyes, mind, and body together correctly while not wearing them. If people don't know the incorrect vision habits to avoid and the correct vision habits to relearn and how do this with dynamic relaxation, they're just seeing blurry, which isn't fun. It can also lead to squinting and strain trying to see clearly.

Computers and TV can encourage us to use our eyes incorrectly but they do not harm our eyes. We harm our eyes when we stare and diffuse and squint while we are using them. People who have perfect vision or know how to use their eyes correctly can use the computer or tv all they like with out any harm to their visual system.

People who want to improve their eyesight naturally can start out by getting the best books. I have a link to the best book on Amazon on my website. Finding a good teacher near you can speed things up significantly. I also have a link to several Natural Eyesight Teachers around the world on my website. Successful Natural Eyesight Improvement Teachers don't teach eye exercises because they don't improve eyesight.

  26. Okay, this is going to sound bizarre but it happened to me. I am extremely myopic (near or short sighted) like 90% blind. I broke my glasses and for some reason (don't remember why) couldn't get another pair for like 6 -9 months. Two things I did without really even thinking about it were: 1.)force myself  to focus on the television screen without being five inches away and from about 10-15 feet on the couch; 2.)started eating raw carrots every day. Every once in a while I go on a fave raw vegetable kick. In any case, when I finally DID get to an optometrist, he gave me the whole eye exam and looked at my old one and said, "Somehow, you've improved your eyesight! Your old prescription is too strong for you!"

This worked for me, but then weird things like this always work for me. I have no idea if this would work for you, but I don't think it can hurt.

In any case, I'd call (anonymously) an eye doc and ask them what to do.
