Is it possible to improve your tennis skills within a month?

I play tennis 4 days a week and 2 hours per day. Can I improve my groundstrokes and especially my serves within a month?

  2. yes the time your putting in is good, however i wonder about the type of practicing your doing.  Just going out and playing is okay, but the real key is to do some drills, and some games.  I like to hit forehands cross court and see if my partner and i can get to 20 consecutive shots in.  you can do this on the backhand as well.

    Take a couple of lessons from a good pro.

    The pro will give you the groundwork on what to work on to improve both your groundstrokes and serve.

    Just practicing won't do it, especially if you don't know how to improve things.

    Once the pro teaches you what to do to improve your game, you can then use that information for better practices.

    Yes, then it comes down to practice, practice, practice.

    That means drilling, and not necessarily playing.
