  1. A lot of large forest companies and tree nurseries use a fertilizer known as triple 13.  It contains nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorus.  Triple 13 can boost a trees growth significantly.  Also, depending on which type of maple you're talking about, it could grow fairly quick if tended properly.  One maple that grows pretty quick is a red maple (scientific name Acer rubrum).

  2. u want a spedific plant product, or u want tghe complete tree.if its specific product, tissue culture and biotech can help u alot.otherwise, u cn use modified breeds of the same species which will giow faster, or use a recommended mixture of hormones which can enghance suitable growth.giving the plants suitable conditions and nutrients will also help them as will mycorrhizal associations, and other ecological links which are broken in most cases due to intervention of man

  3. Increasing levels of CO2 in the atmosphere combined with increased anthropogenic Nitrogen deposition is fertilizing plants and is increasing the growth of trees.  This is not necessarily good though.  Over time, some evidence shows that higher CO2 and N will reduce biodiversity because certain species that respond the best to fertilization will become dominant and displace other species.  Often these are fast growing weedy species, so this could have dramatic impacts on natural communities.

Not sure if that's what you were looking for, but it's one example of how humans have unintentionally increased tree growth.
