Is it possible to increase the size of my tight paddock boots???

um, if you're talking about tall boots... like english field boots that you wear for shows, you can get elastic put into the top of them so they're not as tight.

As for if you're talking about ordinary paddock boots... the ones that just come up past your ankle... you can't just make them get a size bigger... it's like asking if you can make your tennis shoes a size bigger.  If they're too tight for your feet, you'll have to buy a new pair.

You can try a shoe stretcher.  Click the link in my sources to see pictures of them.  That place is expensive, though, you can probably get them cheaper at Walmart or another discount house.
