Is it possible to increase vertical by one month?

ok im 5'11 and i can dunk a 9 3/4 rim but i get hung on a 10 foot rim

well i have a good vertical i think

and school starts on aug 25

and we start playing in september 8th

well is it possible to dunk by then?

i use JUMPSOLES which worked for like 3 inches and i just started using them twice a week

on other days what exersizes can i do to help?

  1. calf raises. make a daily routine Mon-Fri. Sat & Sun for rest let ur muscles relax.  

    3 sets of ten (Maximum weight for you)

    after each set do 30 mini hops staying on your toes

    after that stretch out calves for about 15 secs each else they will start to cramp up.

    when you r done just try practicing touching the rim (ex. start off with one leg jumps, then 2 leg jumps) next try jumps with using ur arms to gain momentum. I am pretty sure it will work. I have tried it for my self too.
