  1. I wish. But sadly, no. If you buy a Mac, you can have Mac OSX and install Vista on that. But it doesn't work on a PC.  


  2. not really windows machines don't have the right hardware/firmware

  3. Yes, but it requires a bit of work, basically you might want to install it on a separate hard drive as a safety precaution.

    Some people call it a hackintosh, since apple refuses to share its OS with computers without the apple logo.

    Do a google search, and go from there.
