Is it possible to install an ipod jack in my car to run through the stereo and not the radio?

I have a radio tuner that plugs into the power source, but I want it to run through the stereo. The radio quality SUCKS! I don't have a tape player (I know when CDs first came out you could buy the tape adapter for a discman, but I don't know if there's anything like this for ipod). Would I have to install a whole new stereo? Is this even possible?? Thanks!

Try an FM modulator but, the quality will still suffer until you can connect it straight to your head unit.

yea fm modulator is the best option you have, and if you still have the factory stereo use somethign like the icruze so that way you can control the i pod through the car stereo
