Is it possible to iron on a patch to a leather jacket

Of course I'm already pretty sure I know the answer to this, I'm pretty sure this will not be possible because of the potential to melt the leather but I thought I might throw it out there for some input.

  1. Well you have answered your own question, as it would not be possible to put an iron on patch onto a leather jacket.


  2. No, because the heat from the iron would ruin the leather.

  3. Yes, you know already. You can use rubber cement to glue it on, though.
