Is it possible to join the Air Force and get a 4 year degree?

  1. Yep, But expect it to take around 6 years to do so.

    You can get one in 4 years, but you really have to focus on it.

    IE, spend most of your free time, taking class's or online class's.

    I was able to get 64 semester hours in 4 years, and didn't start taking class's untill I has been in for 2 years.

    And I didn't really focus on it, I could have taken more class's, but I wanted free time too.


  2. you can, because u get schooling when u go. its school attached when u join, so its very possible.

  3. If you want to do that you can.  You can elect to join Air Force ROTC and go into the AF Reserve so you can serve and study at the same time.  You can also elected to attend the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs if you meet the qualifications.  

    There are a lot of options also if you want to just enlist directly.  You can enlist and do college courses while being enlisted, but this requires quite a bit of determination and time management on your part to accomplish that.

    Regardless of what you choose I highly doubt you will regret a decision to serve the country in the profession of arms.
