  1. Yes...Alot of military members have part time jobs...Good luck!

  2. A lot will depend on your Air Force AFSC and duty location.  You MUST have the permission of your commander to have a second job.

After basic, you'll attend technical school (no extra job here), then at your first assignment you will most likely have a Career Development Course (CDCs) to complete and some commanders may not let you work until they are compete (your focus should be to get qualified for your primary job...the Air Force.)

After that then you can pretty much have a second job as long as it doesn't detract from military image, rules, or you performance of your job.  But you may end up working nights and/or weekends so that could interfere with DJ gigs.

  3. Not initially. I mean, you can't during Basic Training or Tech School but once you get to your first assignment you shouldnt have any problem.

  4. u can be a DJ at the airforce base clubs

or join the reserve if the have one im not sure

  5. Not only is it possible, you might get a captive audience.

When you get to your permanent base, go talk to the MSAD (non-appropriated funds) club systems about running DJ nights and working the Officers, NCO and All-Graders clubs.

    Aim High!

  6. why wouldn't it be?
