  1. Nope, they regenerate

  2. As awesome as that would be, the game automatically loads more people off the cd. The same thing happens in the true crime series. It regenerates people to make it seem more realistic. Because just like in real life, it's unlikely someone can kill an entire city population. But if someone did manage to do this, it would be interesting and I would wonder how they did it.

  3. It is never possible to kill everything/everyone in a game (unless that was the point of the game). Take Dead Rising for example. The town of Willamette has a population of (roughly i forget the exact number) 53,000. well when you kill all of them you get the zombie genocider achievement, so that means all the people in the town are dead? well there are still zombies, just because there is somewhere in the game code that says "this zombie goes here" and it is an ever present code that will never be negated or loop holed (ie no zombies).

Same goes with GTA3 (trust me, i tried, cant kill em all)

  4. no, the game keeps loading more and more ppl. although it would be loney if u did kill everyone.
