Is it possible to know you got pregnant the day after?

I know this sounds crazy, but I ovulated two days ago, my husband and I had s*x the day before I ovulated and the day after. I know I ovulated because i get ovulation pains when I ovulate. I woke up today with a sore throat and I am tired, really weak and shaky. Am I right to assume that the way I am feeling has absolutely no connection to the possibility of being pregnant?

Also, I had a miscarriage about 2-3 weeks ago and the Dr. said we could start trying again as soon as I stopped bleeding, so I am NOT asking about how soon after a miscarriage, but rather if the way I am feeling could be pregnancy or not. Again, I am guessing no, but I just feel blah.

Sperm can live in the v****a for 24 - 72 hours.. Well.. Cervix... Whatev. Your inside lady bits. Lol. So maybe. Too early for symptoms though!

I would say that you wouldn't be able to tell this soon because the egg hasn't even implanted yet.  I'm sorry to say, it's probably either from your previous miscarriage or from wanting to be pregnant so badly.  I wish you luck this time!
