Is it possible to laugh your way your to a six pack?

  1. haha if it did i would have abs, my friends say that i laugh too much

    but its a good theory, because after i laugh too hard it feels like i just did a bunch of sit ups or crunches


  2. I think that would be great but unfortunately if you have a high fat intake diet and no exercise then laughing will only make you feel better but not give you wash-board abs.

  3. Not really.  Obtaining a 6-pack require 2 things:

    1-Fat loss to reduce the amount of extra tissue covering the abdominal musculature.

    2-Abdominal exercises (ex. crunches) to increase the muscle tone in the abdominal musculature.

    A person can actually have very strong abdominal musculature, but if there is too much extra tissue (fat) on the stomach, they will not be visible as a 6-pack.  Vice versa, a person can be very skinny, but without proper exercise of the abdominal muscles, still have no visible 6-pack.

    That doesn't mean it wouldn't be fun to try laughing yourself to a six pack.  Its just not realistic.

  4. Maybe not a six pack, but possibly stronger abs. Once, I was hanging backwards off a couch with my head/shoulders up, and I was laughing hysterically..that was like the best ab workout ever, you should try it. I laugh way too much.
