Of course! All the really good singers started off with no training! You can't start to learn how to sing unless you have had no previous training. It does take a long time to learn how to sing really well but you could do it if that's what you areinterested in. How long it takes depends on how good your voice is beforehand and how quickly you pick up the techniques. It all depends on you as to how long you will take to learn.

Singing training makes an average voice good and a good voice great.

If you don't have it at the moment training can help you.  If you naturally have it, training can refine and improve it.

So training is always a good thing, as long as you have a trainer who knows what you need at your level.

Yes, some people have naturally good voices without training but it can help. Apparantely Madonna has never had any training but whether she's a good singer or not is debatable! The key is to just keep practising, most people can tell if they have a good voice or not (although some are clearly deluded, you only have to watch some of these reality shows to see that!)

absolutely - in fact, training can often strip away the things that make your voice uniquely yours!

however, it's probably good to investigate a few vocal wahas rm up techniques, as you could potentially damage your voice. just type 'vocal warm ups' into google, and you'll come up with loads of stuff.

also, a really easy and obvious way to improve your voice is just to KEEP SINGING! I know many singers who have said that just singing every day has endlessly improved their voice!

Yes. The voice is an instrument like any other musical instrument, and anyone can learn to play it well with dedication and a good teacher. Most people can't sing because they don't know how to use their voice properly, so you can "find" your voice with training. Only a very talented few have a real natural aptitude without having any lessons; most people have to be taught.

Whether you will be good enough to be a professional singer completely depends on your individual vocal equipment, natural aptitude, how much you are prepared to practice, etc. Either way, you DO need a good teacher. Don't just pick the first one you find - ask around to find the best one you can. If you want to learn to sing, you should - always pursue what you love! Good luck!

i think it is possible, but the thruth is that if you have a spaecial voice , put it out there and people like it then you've made yourself a career..

Yes, singing is one performing art that you don't get too old to learn how to do. Technique is better taught to a mature voice - it's possible to damage your voice if you try to train it too young. Go for it.

You've either got it or you ain't.If you haven't then i don't think you can be taught.
