yes, i don't think you'll get money though. Both of my friends parents had donated their bodies to the University of Michigan.  The bodies were used and then cremated and returned to my friend, the only benefit for my friend was that he didn't have to pay for cremation which would have cost a little bit.

You can leave your body to be used by a medical school but you cant sell human flesh.

Technically, you can donate your body to a specific medical school and many do have links on their web pages.  But in reality, due to the corrupt practices that manifested in the recent years, the tissue banks in each state procure and process donated bodies.  No money is paid to a donor.  When a medical school is finished with a body it is cremated and the ashes are returned to the family, if requested.

i dont think you can get paid, but yea, you can contact a university or something like that, even a hospital might have references

Yes. First you can specify donor on your driver's license then you can contact your nearest university with a medical department and ask about donating your body. Also, you need to put it in writing then take it to a notary and have them notarize the paper. They usually require you to sign papers in front of them and charge very little for their services. Be prepared to have someone witness it as well. Of course, IF you have the funds, you can have an attorney draw up a legal document and hold it on file until your death (just like a will) but they charge $$.

Yes, you can leave your body to science and/or be an organ donor.  But I don't think you'll get any money for it.
