Is it possible to live in USA without electricity, running water, store bought items, and gas motors?

For an individual or family? If so how can it be done? I want to know how to be able to do this if ever there is a serious economic, natural, or other kind of disaster.

yes many families live like this in our country. everyday. volunteer and you will see just how hard many families have it and how very lucky you are.
