Is it possible to load Europe maps into Tom-Tom 1?

I'm thinking of buying the TomTom 730T. Only because its got the whole map of Europe in i, and I especially need the maps for Poland. However is it possible to download maps for other devices from TomTom i.e the cheaper ones and update them with Europe maps?
