  1. Yeah of course, but not by eating only 700 cals. EXERCISE. That will burn the fat right off of you. Eat healthy fats. They actually help BURN the fat. Drink plenty of water to get rid of excess water weight.

  2. you should be eating more then 700 calories, thats not very healthy.

drink like 4-8 bottles of water a day, considering water weight is the first thing you loose.

running, dancing, biking, rollerblading, just basic cardio, and planks for you abs..

  3. go buy some frozen diet meals at the store and exercise. i just do stairs and lean cuisines. fruit veggies yogurts and meats only. no bread or carbs i'll eat a cookie or chips or ice cream to kill the cravings but only one cookie or a couple of chips. not a handful or the whole bag. i lost 20 in 4 weeks so far

  4. First, you need more calories.  1500 a day is a healthy amount.  The healthiest amount of weight to loose is about 2 pounds a week.  But if you exercise -- at least half an hour a day of running, walking, or whatever exercise you like to do, you will lose the 2 pounds a week, but probably look like you lost even more than that in two month.  Good luck and please please make sure you lose weight in a healthy way.

  5. get a tapeworm haha............am jk. Anyway just run a lot, and eat salad with bread.

  6. I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks, so I'm sure it's possible. But I did it the unhealthy way...

There's a dvd called turbo jam you can get... It's pretty fast paced and helps you lose weight fast if you keep it up and it's pretty good exercise.

  7. um. probably but unhealthy. so i will give you my best (most healthy) ideas.     Helpful fact # 1- a pound of fat is 3500 calories.

    # 2- don't eat too much less than normal. Dieting is good, but exercise is faster. If your diet is too lite and it sounds pretty close then you can lower the overall metabolism boost from working out. I would suggest Running, Swimming, Riding a bike, anything cardio... Longterm adding muscle with some weight training will make missing workouts more forgiving, because every extra pound of muscle uses an extra 200 calories a day.

Whatever you do make sure that you drink enough water, even though you can easily drop water weight, all it is is water weight. More water will help you feel better and exercise better.

If you do want to primarily diet then I would suggest a no carb diet. you shouldn't do this longterm, but for this 2 month thing it would help. If you do this aiming for no carbs is best, and you realy have to drink alot of water. the reason is you should eat alot of and only meat, eggs, fish, and nuts, and those will likely give you alot of salt.           p.s.- bread, candy, and anything with sugar or wheat is a carb.

Sorry for the long answer, basically do cardiovascular workouts, a no or low carb diet, and more muscle always helps.

  8. It takes about 3500 calories to burn 1 lb, typically.

So if you wish to lose 25 lbs, you must burn 25 * 3500.  That's about 1500 calories you need to burn per day. Your body naturally burns about 1200 - 1500 calories if you have a normal metabolism.

If you eat only 700 calories, you will go into starvation mode. Instead, eat 6-8 small meals a day. Constantly eat vegetables thought the day. Make sure you stay within 1500 calories.

For the 1500 calories you must burn, this is equivalent to 2 hours of running.

I lost 30 lbs in 2 months. I would ride my bike to the mall and play DDR for 2 - 4 hours a day. It was a lot of fun. However, I had a hard time staying up past 9pm!

  9. yes it is, if you have determination.  Go out for runs outside or go to the gym.

  10. Of coursee butdon'tt starve yourself especiallydon'tt skip breakfast people have healthier weight when the Do eat breakfast. But try to go to the gym and work out like maybe 3 times a week.don'tt do it three days ina rowbecausez you need your muscles time to relax and recharge. also eat healthy food (don'tt eat the kinda stuff that say you will lose weight) like eat yogurt, good carbs, carbohydrates, and fruits and vegetables. try to get some whole grain instead of white flour too. hope that helped

  11. Yes it's possible

  12. its possible drink lots of water run/ play any sport that involves movement basketball and volleyball are good make sure you eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner include fruits n veggies. water makes you urinate and when you urine it removes waste and you lose weight like that. A treadmill is good to have exercise an hour in the mornin and an hour before bed it helps.

  13. running and swimming

  14. Yes, its possible, you will have to lose atleast two to t hree pounds a week, and the way you can do that is by dieti and exercise. Do cardio work outs, they work kmuch faster in losing weight.

  15. you could if you eat really well and excerise alot. 10 pounds a month could be doable but it may take longer

  16. the h**l are you talking about?

    700 calories IS starving yourself.

You need to get at least 1200 calories, if not 1500, if you really want that weight to stay off.

    Running usually helps reduce fat.

  17. I don't know how tall you are, but if your body fat is a certain percentage you can ask your doctor (or a doctor who specializes in weight loss) to prescribe you a diet pill such as Bontril.  If you take this, exercise, and eat correctly you will be able to loss the weight. The South Beach diet is really good for weight loss. By eating only 700 calories you risk the chance of your body retaining weight becuase it thinks you are starving yourself or health problems.

  18. Any method that will allow you to lose that much weight in 2 months is not conducive to long term weight loss.  My guess is that you are trying to lose weight for a certain event.  Try instead to introduce exercise into your lifestyle as well as adopting healthy eating habits and drinking plenty of water.  You should begin to see a decline in your weight, but a slow and steady decline.  Perhaps you will have lost 10-15 lbs in 2 months.  Then, with this new body shape, go out, buy a fabulous outfit, and impress everyone with your confidence!  Good Luck!

  19. A lot of your weight is water, sometimes when your skin feels bloated its because your body has special gland to store extra water. Drink about 3 water bottles throughout the day to be fully hydrated. With this water in your system your body will release the extra stored water in the glands. This will make you lose weight but you have to consistently drink water, not soda or juice.

Also remember that 3,500 unused calories=1 pound.

    Try exercising in the morning

Get your nutrients from healthier foods

get your fat from healthier foods such as nuts and avocados

  20. If you can maintain your weight on say 2000 calories (it depends on how much you weigh now and how active you are) then 700 would mean you were 1300 calories deficient.  You need to deprive yourself of 3000 calories below your maintenance level to loose one pound.  So if you do the math, you would loose 0.4333 pounds per day if you only eat 700 calories a day.  That would be 13 pounds per month, or 26 pounds in two months, so yes.

However, you should loose weight more slowly. People who loose weight quickly often put it back on.  May I suggest Mark Brinklin's book "Lose Weight Naturally"?  You can get it cheap at Amazon.com. It is old, but outlives any fad diets.  He has a very reasonable approach to weight loss that you should know about if you are serious about changing you eating and exercise habits.

If you aren't doing regular exercise now start slowly.  Walk 30 minutes 5 days a week to start with and work up to 60 minutes.  If you feel you need more exercise than walking stick with aerobic exercises like running, biking, swimming and cross country skiing.

  21. why did you gain it in the first place? and run RUN LOTS

  22. There's a weightloss story I found online where a guy lost 50lbs in 3 months, so I really think it's possible with the right amount of food intake and exercise. (:

  23. Yup. Wrestlers do it all the time. Takes alot of hard work and commitment though. Do you have what it takes?

  24. go running every day 3+ miles al least. Don't walk, walking is for losers
