  2. Of course - 4 kg isn't a lot for 7 months. You're not supposed to lose more than 1 - 1.5 kg per week so take it slowly.  

  3. Oh yeah. You could probably just stop drinking soda/pop and do a little exercise and lose more than that in 7 months.
