I'm going into j.r. high school and I'm tired of being made fun of because I'm a little bit chunkier than the other kids.

  1. No, if you really are overweight talk to your parents about a sensible eating plan and join as many sporting activities at school as you can.  Stop sitting in front of the computer and go outside and get some exercise.  

    Then even if you do all of these things still be prepared to lose weight very slowly at your age surely not more than a pound a week if that.  


  2. It's not possible to lose a signifigant amount of weight in three days. However, in three days you can do things that will make you feel better about yourself.

    Such as just starting a diet. I know you're in junior high so your parents probably pick what you eat, but there are little things you can do. Such as cutting down on how much you eat, drinking a lot of water (water flushes things out of your body and when you drink a lot of water you body isn't deprived of it so it doesn't HOLD the water in- making you bloated), not using butter, and taking walks. If you do your body well, you will start feeling better about yourself in even three days- which will lead you to want to lose more weight and want to do it more. But the most you can lose in 3 days is 1-3 pounds (which takes longer for some people)

    Another thing you can do is improve the way you dress perhaps. Maybe put together something that is slimming that will make you feel better about yourself.

    Good luck! I hope you don't get made fun of. People make fun of each other at this stage in life because they are all going through puberty and are insecure about their own bodies so point things out about other people. Trust me- things get better when you are older.

  4. In 3 days, no, not in a healthy way.  But if you really commit yourself to it, you can lose weight by trying some new veggies, snacking on healthier choices, not binging, and exercising.  Even getting regular sleep and little stress can help you lose weight.  Maybe join a sport.
