Is it possible to lose my belly fat whilst bulking up.......?

i'm sort of at odds at the moment.

i want to lose my belly fat, but in order to build muscle, i need to eat more than i burn off, so, i can't concentrate as much on cardio as on weight training.

can you burn abdominal fat, AND build up your muscles?

  1. i see your quandry...

    you are best of working out your BMR and eating 500 calories a day above that to giveyou bulk then make sure you are doing a decent full body routine 3 times a week with HIIT sessions on your non lifting days.  

    you NEED to be squatting, deadlifting, clean and pressing, benching/dipping, bent over rowing and doing chin ups.  

    these are all compound movements that are big calorie burners.

  2. Yes it is! I found a great training dvd that walks you through the program. Its got info on how to get a set of awesome abs. I now have a very cute little 6 pack and a perfectly toned stomach. Its on this site here
