  1. well it could be possible if the person was on an extreme diet,

it would be very unhealthy though and completely s***w up the body

  2. NOPE!

You will only be losing water weight and hurting your body by putting into starvation mode.

If you are not eating enough calories based on your current weight and activity level, you will end up burning muscle instead of fat (your ultimate goal).  Burning muscle hurts you cause you will lower your metabolism and burn less calories in a day!  It takes work for your body to keep muscle (repairing it and building it), so it is the first to go if your body thinks its not getting enough calories!

If you are within 10lbs of your weightloss goal, you should try to only lose .5 to 1lb a week.  If you are more than 15 to 20 over, you can then go to 2lbs a week.

Try going to www.myfitnesspal.com the forum on there has excellent advice and the whole program does a really good in helping you be away of how many calories your putting in and how many you should be burning off!

EDIT - Rob, that isnt REAL weight though!  Its mostly water weight!  h**l, if you eat a bunch and haven't taken a #2 from teh day before you can be 5 to 7lbs heavier for a guy!

  3. I don't know but you can sure try with this easy-to-do method I am about to give you. take 1 or 2 spoonful apple cider vinegar before each meal, also 1 spoonful organic coconut oil each morning and 1 late evening.

  4. to lose that much in a week

youll need a liquid diet like the master lemon cleanse

and more than 1hr of exercise a day

  5. Yes, it's possible.  Try walking 3-4 miles a day.  Make sure that you drink lot's of water.  Water is very key in losing weight.  I would cut out all meats of any kind and definately avoid anything that is white, such as bread, pototoe's, and pasta.  Stick to eating fresh greens and no salad dressing.

From veiwing your picture, you don't exactly look like you need to lose anything.  You look great!  Remember that no dog wants a bone!  LOL

Starving yourself will make you lose weight but you will gain it back quite dramatically and even risk gaining excess weight.

Be safe...I hope you reach your goal while doing it the healthy way!

  6. Not by a healthy exercise or a diet you would only lose water which you would regain eventually. You should only lose 4 pounds a month. See this web site: exerciseabout.com

  7. My wrestling buddies have put on 8 pounds in 48 hours, might be possible to lose it... Will need like 5 hour workouts.

  8. yes. It may be possible but not healthy. The body is only supposed to lose 3-4 pounds a day if it is at a healthy weight. Ive seen people lose 8 to 9 pounds but they were extremely over the average weight.

My advice is if you wish to lose 10 pounds to do it over a span of 2 or 2 and a half weeks. To do this in one week is not healthy, and it would most likely come straight back without you keeping a healthy diet and exercise plan. Which if you lose 10 pounds in 1 week. It's most likely not a healthy plan.

  9. No

    and if you do

you will gain it all back.
