Is it possible to lose this much?

My goal was to lose 10lbs a month, but after reading people's comments on other questions, one guy mentioned with proper diet and excercise, losing up to 20lbs is possible too. If I stopped eating carbs and sweets and just vegetables, cereals, and protein for 1 month, and excercised for up to 1 hour a day, can I lose 20lbs a month?

  1. 20 lbs a month sounds a little extreme its possible but very dangerous... If you care about your body give it time
