Is it possible to lose your breastroke?

i am a breastrokerrr :]

and like last year i went a 1:23.48 for my 100 breast in meters.

but this year i started off with a frking 1:28!

wtff is that?

like wen i swim i dont feel the stroke... idk wtf to do .

have any suggestions :]

  1. Keep Practicing whenever you can.

    And it's not possible It Just getting out of shape.

    Try Swimming when you're not in season.


  2. Its just because you've had all year to relax and dull down on the swimming. I do that too. For 50 Freestyle I go from 22:34 seconds to 29 at the start of the season. You just need to get back in the rythem.

  3. I understand you completely. I am also a breastroker and when I get out of shape or miss a few practices its difficult to feel the water. But don't worry practice hard and don't get disapointed and you'll be back at your speed or even better in no time.
