Is it possible to loss about 24 lbs in less than a month?

im about 130 lbs and i need some help lossing some extra baby fat.

  1. no, unless you are really really overweigth - and by your weigh, you are not. If a person is really overweight, even doctors recommend quick weight loss verse possible heart attack and other health complications.

    you can go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

    still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

  4. I took a health class and they told me you can only lose 1 to 2 pounds a week.. if you lose more than that its unhealthy.. it is possible to lose more than 1 or 2 a week, but its not healthy.

    However since you claim to be 130lbs, it'll likely come off slower. 24lbs will take you 3-6 months to lose IF YOU ARE SERIOUS AND STICK TO YOUR DIET AND EXCERCISE!!!!!

  6. drink two 24 oz coffees from 7-11 make them sweet. one in the morning and one later on when you feel a little hungry. use whatever cream or milk you like. this will leave you feeling full. make sure to snack though. i lost 80lbs this way. only thing is i got addicted to the coffee first before i knew that it was making me shrink. now i eat but sometimes its hard. still shrinking it kind of sucks.215-133
