Is it possible to mak a homeade subwofer or speaker.?

Of course.  That's why places like Radio Shack and others that sell component parts exist.

Yes it is very possible.  You can go the easy route and buy speaker kits that supply you with all the parts which you assemble yourself.  Or you can buy premade enclosures and populate them with speakers of your choosing.  Another possibility is building the cabinets yourself from someone else's plans.  If you're very adventureous, you can pick the speakers first, get the electrical characteristics of the speakers and using well established formulas,  design a speaker cabinet yourself.  There are countless stores both brick and mortar and online that sell speakers, cabinet parts and electronics to make your own speakers and subwoofers.
