Is it possible to make a batch file that will rotate passwords for me every month?

As in, say this month its kitty, next month it'll be dog. Is it possible to make it automated? Where can i find good tutorials about batch files?

use the command NET USER

If your username is Bob, you can run...

NET USER BOB password

and the word password will be your password. You can schedule the program to run on the first of every month if you want.
