Is it possible to make a large bar of soap using small scraps of leftover soap?

Soften it with water - pack it into a container of suitable size - when it hardens - pop it out  & place in a warm dry place and give it time to dry.

make it soft by water and you can press tow small soap together ,

i always press the left over small soap when i start with the new soap so there is never small soap left in my bath

Yes. You can melt them down, and then pour it into a mold of some sort, maybe a fun shape or something.

Another way is to make a soap bag from a stocking and put all the bits in, just hang after use.
