this will help you... use 'zillatube'

it is the easiest  (and also the  fastest) way.

Zillatube easily download videos from Youtube... to your computer, and more (e.g. it will help you convert them,  or  just watch them easily anytime you want).

lol i don't really understand. You mean can people view your videos while you not on youtube ? Well, if that is what you asking then its a very silly question xD When you upload a video to youtube, it's stored on youtube's servers so its always available 24/7
