Is it possible to make a video podcast with podshow? How?

I'd make a podcast, but I'm not sure how, and it looks like Podshow has what I need to.

I went to their site and I saw that you can upload your podcast but I didn't see a recorder or editor. Your best bet is a digital video camera and an Apple computer with Final Cut software.

After you get your movie recorded and edited using the Final Cut instructions, save it as an MP4 file. Now you can upload it to podshow. They'll give you the RSS code that your fans will use to keep getting your episodes.

You may find that the free account doesn't give you enough storage for past episodes or enough bandwidth for your fans to watch.
