And if so why isn't it made yet. The watch in theory would never need a battery change unless you take the watch off. This is according to my own theory. Or a I a bit mistaken?

  1. Dude nice imagination!!!!!!!!! love it.......

Anyways. the biology behind this is plausible. Watches would not be connected to nerves but rather the electrical impulse they produce (aslo t easier to attach). You couldn't have a normal digital watch because the power would be in sufficient. you may have an analogue watch, they waste less power.

I saw a documentary on discovery channel saying they powered a light bulb using someones nerves. Maybe they'll try watches next.

  2. This would be possible, with very efficient and small electrical components.  However, it would also require puncturing your skin and risking nerve damage, something most watch-buyers would be hesitant to do.

  3. "Is it possible to make a watch that runs eternally on your own nerves' electrical impulses?"

No, because no one lives eternally. And I think there's already a watch that runs off the energy created by walking or any other movement.

  4. Why? I certainly wouldn't want electrodes buried in my arm, a potential cause of infection. And if you pull on the watch, you could tear them out, damaging the nerves!

And how do you attach to the nerves, they are microscopic in size.

And if you do connect to them, you could cause them to fire, causing a lot of pain, or finger twitches.
