  1. You need lots of Hollywood Magic and Special Effects

  2. iron is very heavy it will not work :) use plastic and paint it metal instead

  3. Well, you would need a sand mold to poor liquid iron into- because that is the only material that won't be destroyed by the hot liquid. Make sure that all corners and edges are rounded off, i.e. filleted. Sharp or perpendicular bends in cast iron are prone to snap off as the metal is incredibly brittle when not alloyed with another substance such as carbon.

    Good luck!

  4. I'll call Tony and ask him.

  5. oh yea, just grab a bit over $1,500,000, and lets go to fantasyland where well build suits just like ironman's

If you want to stop living in  the movie you just watched and think about realistic things there is a suit made by a rich inventor that can make you lift things over a ton easily. It is being experimented for military uses. Look it up on Cnn.com

  6. Very funny answers.

Yes its possible to have a iron suit...

For example in olden days kings, soldiers, etc were wearing iron suits only during war. Its not weird that if we think that we year iron suit.

We ppl are lazy and have lesser strength than those ppl. Thats why we use lighter and stronger materials to protect us. Like carbon fibre, bullet proof glass etc.

  7. you could make one out of iron but it will be extremely heavy. you could make one out of something like plastic if you want it just for looks. if you want an actual metal though, go with aluminum, its pretty light.
