I want to make a video,like make the characters move,not slideshows,if its possible then can you teach me how?and also how can i take clips of videos and put them all into a certain sequence?if u do know how,can you teach me how to?

Just add them to the timeline in the order you want.

MovieMaker is a video editor. It can take cetain video formats and edit the video together. It can take stills and add them in at 2 or more seconds so the still can be part of the finished video project.

"make the characters move" sounds like you are looking for some sort of animation or stop-action software... MovieMaker does not do that...
