Is it possible to make an electronic device like this?

we have devices to store our desired songs and videos...But is it possible to make an electronic device to store some smells which we like and retrieve it whenever we want...?

Yes and no.

We have 'electronic noses', machines that can be used to detect very specific odors (such as bomb material).  However, the technology is still fairly new, and a trained dog normally works better.

As for creating the smell...well, in order to create a 'smell', you are talking about a chemical reaction that takes place in your nose, not an electronic one.  Molecules of the substance that you are smelling need to enter your nostril in order for you to smell something.   So, if your device was to be invented, it would need to have a chemical basis, not an electronic one.
