Is it possible to make my own Lab Blocks for rats?

I make my own mix for my rats and they do like to pick and choose but i was just wondering if it was possible to make my own block with all of the ingredients?

Maybe but i wouldn't get fancy rats lab blocks they require nutrition.

I got my rats FIESTA and they just adore it. I would suggest getting the rats a bag of rat food that is nutritious but affordable.

a bag of rat food is NOT as nutritious as a lab block or homemade mix.  some commercial rat foods contain dried corn, which can give your rats stomach cancer.

i have no idea about homemade lab blocks, but now that you mention it, that's a very good question.  if you invent something awesome, post your recipe somewhere!
