  1. yes but  i wouldnt do it

  2. well i would say , you could put your bindings out further, and have just two bolts attached like i do, but that wont work on a burton because of bolt layout they put on burtons..  there is a way to get it a little further out with those baseplates and stuff it just takes a little time figure it out and stuff becaues of all the weird holes

your other choice is to take it to a shop and have them T-bolt it, which means they drill new holes further out, but that can weaken your board especially if your doing bigger jumps and you come down on it hard on the tail or nose its could snap way easier, and that also void's your warrenty so if it breaks theres nothing they'll do about it..

your best choice is to ditch burton being they arent a veery good board anyways, and go to rome, rome is a way better legit company than burton, they dont nickle and dime you for every little thing like burton does, thats why burton has those differnt holes on their boards, so that you are only supposed to use burton bindings, another way for them to get money, rome is way more legit park board, with widerstances and all around a better board, and better flex, you wont need to t-bolt it its already wide, and anyone on the hill that realizes burton is c**p wont look at you as so g*y [no offense] for having a burton ..

go check out rome for real man!
